Online Orders

For online purchases, please check for availability and pricing by contacting info@winsascreations.com . Shipments may take anywhere from five to ten days depending on the destination of the shipment. Bigger orders will take from 2 - 3 weeks to complete.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to charge sales tax in California. Any order shipped to California is subject to an 8.5% sales tax rate.

Return/Exchange

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 10 business days. If you'd like to make a return or an exchange, please notify us by email.

Returns must be in original condition and in original packaging. We offer one exchange or one refund per item with a small restocking fee. If exchange item has lower amount, the difference will be applied as store credit towards your next purchase. Difference cannot be refunded. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Sorry, big orders, custom orders and sale items cannot be returned.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns, we recommend you to ship the jewelry by insured mail.

Bridal Jewelry

Winsa is happy to provide bridal consultations. Please drop her a line if you'd like to order her most elegant pieces for you or your friend's wedding. She is also available to design custom bridal jewelry, please feel free to ask her about your wedding.
